A message from Cory Harwell:
I am surrounded by an incredible team who has been planning to make your next visit to Carson Kitchen the safest possible. We have developed an extensive safety plan, consulting experts and every local, state, and federal guideline for the next steps, making sure that we have the best policies & procedures in place and that everyone on our team is trained to those stringent operating procedures.
This moment isn't simply a return to business - it's a return to human connection. It's about seeing old friends and making new ones. The most profound connections we all make are the ones we share over a great meal, a bottle of wine, or a delicious cocktail. These connections are why we do what we do. It’s why we love our neighborhoods in downtown Alpharetta, GA, Las Vegas, NV and Salt Lake City, UT.
Come join us and do so with the confidence that we have gone to great lengths to make sure that you, your loved ones, and all of your friends (new and old) can dine with us safely. We’re here for you, and we can’t wait to reconnect!

Alpharetta City Center
Carson Kitchen in Alpharetta’s City Center, the second location of chef/owner Cory Harwell’s popular Las Vegas restaurant, is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The menu is inspired by the food his grandmother made for him as a kid growing up in Woodstock, Georgia, and is served in a welcoming environment where guests can connect with family and friends. Originally a collaboration with celebrity chef and Harwell’s dear friend Kerry Simon, the restaurant features a menu with Southern influences offered in a familiar, recognizable way for guests to try foie gras, rabbit, frog’s legs and other ingredients not normally found in such a casual environment. Housed in a replica of the old 1848 Milton County courthouse Carson Kitchen features an open kitchen with a marble slab that serves as a chef’s table where guests can hang out with chefs as meals are prepared. In honor of Harwell’s friend and mentor, a mural of Kerry Simon, interpreted and painted by a local artist, adorns the patio wall of Carson Kitchen.
